Apple gets a fee for any Apple Pay payment. It is payed by the card issuing bank of the credit card used by that payment, they share a part of their fee with apple. Apple Pay's BNPL is meant to encourage more users to use Apple Pay more often. Which will directly increase Apples revenue.
