I think that Trump committed a crime when he asked the protesters to go to the capitol and fight harder. It is your, the US problem, that the only way you can handle a rogue president is by impeaching him, which is a process governed by political power, not law. Why isn't he treated like any other criminal? Criminality is not insanity. The president isn't unable to perform his duties, he is unwilling to do so instead inciting a crowd to storm Capitol Hill.

You really need a constitutional reform over there. The US President is very much like a King of the 19th century type tamed by a parliament. The time for kings or queens playing a role in politics is long since over.
