Isn't it a contradiction that a) divorce is unacceptable as Jesus teached it that way and b) according the Jesus again the old testament still holds, including the law - which allows divorce?

I don't think that the relationship of the old and new testament is as simple as you think. When it comes to the laws of Moses, Jesus was an outspoken critic to some of them. And he never confirmed any of them. Me thinks that the law Jesus spoke of isn't the law Moses wrote down.
