Wouldn't that be appeasement of terrorists?

This isn't a rhetoric question. It can and should be discussed. But my current view on the topic is this: in attempting to secure Trumps voter base for own purposes Republicans are currently appeasing a group of people threatening with violence. I think the appeasement will not achieve to make them stand down. They will continue to be a threat.
