You really should.

Although Windows is the dominating OS here in Germany as well, at least government agencies aren't allowed to require citizens to use Windows to use their online services. That's why we (as in "my employeer") are tasked with implementing services in a way that can be used by Windows, Linux and macOS, even if the former provides for 90% of the users (if I would try to access any of those services using Nextstep within a VM, maybe we would be tasked to make that possible even too - legally spoken, it would be a requirement).
